As the relevant person (data subject), in accordance with Article 13 of Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and the provisions of the “Regulation on Procedures and Principles of Application to Data Controller” dated 10.03.2018 and numbered 30356, you can send your requests regarding your rights specified in Article 11 of the same law in written form to our company headquarters at “Keçiliköy OSB Neighborhood, İsmail Sarıgözoğlu Street, No:15 Yunusemre/Manisa” or to our company’s registered email address “tordemir@hs03.kep.tr“.

In your application; 

● Name, surname, and if the application is written, signature, 

● Republic of Turkey identification number for Turkish citizens, nationality for foreigners, passport number, or if available, identification number, 

● Residence or workplace address for notification purposes, 

● If available, email address, phone, and fax number for notification, 

● Subject of the request, 

must be included as required by Article 5/2 of the aforementioned regulation. Applications that do not contain one or more of this information unfortunately cannot be processed in accordance with the legislation.

Requests that you can submit within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK are as follows:

  1. You can learn whether your personal data is being processed.
  2. If your personal data has been processed, you can request information regarding this.
  3. You can learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are being used for their intended purpose.
  4. You can learn third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad.
  5. In case your personal data is incomplete or incorrectly processed, you can request their correction.
  6. You can request the deletion or destruction of your personal data.
  7. You can request that your correction, deletion, or destruction requests be notified to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred.
  8. In case a result occurs against you as a result of exclusively analyzing your processed personal data through automated systems, you can object to this result.
  9. In case you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data, you can request the compensation of the damage.
